Merchandise return conditions:
Restricted to merchandise purchased from the Ourrealms store only.
Items must be in unused, undamaged condition and in complete packaging.
A proof of purchase or order number is required as proof of return.

Return Period:
To return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
Requests beyond the return period will not be accepted.

Return process:
Please contact our customer service team at the time of your return request with the relevant order and product information.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with return address information.
Shipping costs for the return process will be at your expense unless the item has a quality issue or was shipped incorrectly.

Refund Methods:
Refunds will be processed as soon as your return request has been accepted and reviewed.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as your original payment and will usually be completed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and reviewed.

Please note that the following conditions will not be eligible for a refund:
Merchandise purchased from a non-Ourrealms store.
The item has been used or damaged and cannot be restored to its original selling condition.
The return period has been exceeded.
